Mrs. Dr. Looze

Currently a habitant of NYC, I am a true city girl.  I have lived here with my wonderful husband, who is an Orthopedic Surgery resident, for the past 6+ years.  That pretty much explains what I am all about: a doctor’s wife, living the city life.  It was always a dream of mine to move to NYC after college.  So when “we” got into medical school in 2007 we upped and moved together to NYC.  Fast forward to 2011 when he matched in NYC for residency and here we are…for at least another 2.5 years.  Our relationship has been nothing short of an adventure but I wouldn’t have it any other way.  Far removed from the medical field, I work in media for a retail company and have major infatuations with fashion, cocktails, food, family and friends. I love to write…and talk.  This blog is a testament to myself, husband, family, friends and anyone out there who knows what’s it like to not spend a whole lot of face time with your significant other; but yet still stay connected, happy and sane in your relationship…and in life.  Welcoming our baby boy in February 2014 is next on the list!

Feel free to send me a message, email or comment.  Fun new cocktail recipes are of course, more than welcome too: mrsdrlooze@gmail.com
